All setup is done via the the owner menu
* Touch the board for menu
* Select 'SETUP'
* Choose a rental mode: DAILY, WEEKLY or MONTHLY
* Choose or enter a custom L$ Price
* Choose the images limit - How many images(textures) the renter can add
from 1 to Unlimited
If images added are +1.. They will keep changing smoothly every 30 seconds (slide show)
Done. Now the Ad board is Ready!

OPTIONS FOR OWNER:

** TERMINATE Option (only for owner)
If you want to end the rental immediately, You can Open the menu > Select TERMINATE
This option will remove the renter, clear inventory items & prepare the board for a new renter.
NOTE: There is NO automatic refunds, After terminating the rental, You will get info about the previous renter,The Time that was remaining, Name & Profile link, So you can easily contact them & send a manual refund.

** USE IT! Option (only for owner)
This option will allow you to use the board for yourself (infinite)
NOTE: While you are using the board, no one else can rent it!
You can terminate at any time.

** EXTEND? Option (for owner / similar option is available or renters too(requires pay))
You have the power to extend the rental for anyone by days or weeks!
This option will appear only when the board is currently rented.

** ITEM CREATOR OPTION: This option is not on the menu, If you would like to allow ONLY inventory items that are created by the renter (the avatar who's renting the board)
Set the Board Description field to number 1 to enable this option
Set the Board Description field to number 0 to disable this option
NOTE: It's disabled by default.
NOTE: If it was enabled, Renters will not be able to add items that are not their creation.

OPTIONS FOR RENTER:

** The board may give away inventory items & a custom to others who touch it (except the owner & the renter)
1 Landmark / 1 Notecard / 1 Object / UP TO unlimited images (textures).

** HOW TO RENT:
(note, owner cannot rent the board like others, But owner has the "USE IT!" option)

To rent the board: Everyone can Touch it for Menu, When they click "RENT IT!" , Then The PAY will be allowed & They will be asked to Pay the board (they have 60 seconds to pay before that option is expired)
After payment is received, The renter will be assigned to the board & asked to Add the inventory items (they have 3 minutes to add items before this option is expired)

** EXTEND Option (for renters)
When clicking this button, The PAY will be allowed for 60 seconds), The renter can pay to extend their rental.

** ADD ITEMS Option (for renters)
This option will allow the renter to add inventory items if they haven't finished adding items or they want to renew. (They will have 3 minutes to add items before this option is expired)

** CLEAR ITEMS Option (for renter)
The renter may clear all inventory items in the board to add new.

** EDIT MSG Option (for renter / also will appear for owner if owner is using the board)
To enter a custom message to say to who touch the board.

** Rental Info is shown in the dialog menu message, Including renter name & time remaining (days, hours, minutes & seconds).

** The Owner will be notified when someone rent / extend the board.

** Renter will be notified when there is less than a day & less than 12 hours remaining on their rental.

** Rental will be terminated automatically when the rent time is expired.
