There's a surprising lack of game console models on the market place, so... I'm fixing that i guess? How did I end up here
Anyway, hey! Here's just a ton of consoles from yesteryear! Pulled from various Video Game Archival groups and collections, modified to work nicely with Second Life! High detail, with room for your own custom textures of choice! Fullperm'd and free to mod and share with friends as ya like!
Items rest around one prim, with the handhelds' modifiable screens occasionally bumping it to two. Not sure linking will do much to reduce LI, since they're kindaaaa pushing it already. Each item has it's relevant texture loaded up in it's inventory, so you can easily save and change things up in photoshop (or your image editor of choice)!

All perfect levels of detail, including ready-to-mod screens on all of the handholds! All only 1 LI, so perfect for decorating your nerdy home.
The Effort & Intentions Make It Perfect
The models are a bit angular and look low poly. Why do I start with this negative?
Because despite this they really are great to have and still VERY solid. They also likely do this to keep impact down and that means all the more options for decorating. They are indeed quite detailed for what they are and what they accomplish.
Further more, the fact it was done to fill the needed niches is a blessing to what is indeed otherwise lacking and the even further recent vanishing of console models in SL despite the desire to show off great retro classics.The collection is just so comprehensive to the great known hardware past, it just adds to how impressive this package is. Though I would've loved to have seen at least one NeoGeo in there. I'm a big SNK fan, but truth be told most of us didn't have one due to the sticker shock and limited availability in most stores in the previous ages.
All of this reaches to a value rating of five despite the very few missed points, because all this comes where it's needed for such culture, all together, so impact effective, and all as a FREE offering!
They're also full perms that you can do anything with it from Tip Jars to the joke of dropping the ultimate power and weight of a ye old heavy XBOX on someone's head with all the force of a colony drop.
Free offerings like this are what help keep SL entertaining and a place of bringing back good memories like the internet it's self. It tickles your nostalgia just right while the models still being quite originally made and perhaps one of the further saving graces of parts of them being a bit angular, proving that they're not just simply corporately ripped, different enough to keep them legally safe from copyright claims.
From a retired arcade manager of 16 years and a gamer since the early 80's when I was old enough to pick up a controller, I don't just recommend this offering, I salute it.

These are effing awesome. They're so detailed and well made and I love how you can add your own screens to the portables. The ps1 was a big part of my youth so I'm mega happy that I can decorate my lil apartment with it. Thank you so much <3

Highly detailed, great quality, can't beat the price. Easily modifiable screens for the small hand held game units. I love everything that is included with this megapack. Its just what I needed to finish off my game room. Also don't forget to get the controllers that go with these consoles, they too are amazingly detailed too. All these consoles, very detailed, almost no land impact and for free?? What a deal! The consoles might be a bit too big, but you can shrink them easily, so not a real problem!
