Yes!
I bought a few of these sim surrounds from different places and several from this store. I had so many issues with the other surrounds, and they are so pricey. ProjectBlank has it right. Affordability and beauty.. This one is my favorite of the 5 I purchased. It's so lush and visually stunning. Highly recommended!
nice quality
First the good: the look is very good, detailed and interesting. The walkable mesh part has good physics, I did not see sinking on or flying too high on the ground so far. Price is very reasonable for the quality.
Now the downside for me: No season change. A winter option would make it really good, so I took off 1 star. But if you don't bother to change seasons, you cannot go wrong with the set.

As real as it gets
This build is stunning. The details and landscaping make you feel like you're in your own private world. The textures are well done and i was able to easily add to the existing solid land and make it match perfectly. Just an update on some of the reviews saying beware it terraforms your land...there's a big warning notecard in the box that tells you that and there's a button to easily disable it.

This is a really well made surround. The scripts are very easy to control. Be cautious of the terraforming feature, and you'll definitely happy with this.
