COMODO Japanese House

i looked for hours, thru hundreds of listings to find Japanese style houses, and almost all of them were poorly made, high Land impact, or just didn't look good.

a friend managed to find this one for me, and it's as described! 37Li, looks good and is cheap!
it's part mesh and part normal prims, it's about the size of a small house rezzed. but luckily if you need it bigger it's easy to mod!, i spent 30mins or so doubling the size of it by hand and it looks good! - i currently have it setup as a arcade building for Otaku Paradise.

If COMODO had more stuff on the market for sale, i'd probably buy it!
