For those in the know, now is the time to buy this great new house from Marcelo and Bee. It is nice for a couple and close to the ground for perfect waterfront viewing. I hated to do it, but I took down a favorite Tiki house to place this one and saved many prims plus have a better view of boat, dock, and water. Great pool in front is a bonus. From my experience, the price will go up on this one soon. Sometimes just a little and often more. I recommend this house at triple the price but buy it now before that happens. A good thing to do is join M. Laws group for the latest scoops in the best deals for homes.
