The chair is COPY/MOD - even though object name says "no modify". The prims are set to "modify" - but there is a script that is "no modify".
The chair features 6 male and 6 female animated sits - no static poses! The sits are selected from a menu - not a pose ball - and position can be adjusted for each.

th'chair is nice shape& looks ok -- maybe could have lil sharper definition --but it's fine
problem viewing tho---even with settings on med -high I gotta be within 5 meters for th'chair to look like a chair --farther away it's just a pile of distorted jumbled lumber --- I can see th'whole house behind it tho just fine
so not gonna really be'able to use ---&too bad 'cause got some nice animations :-)
