[ Chasing Paper ] Crayon Bumper

Yay, a crayon bumper! Just what you *always* wanted, right?! Right...? ...okay maybe not.
Anyhow. It's pretty simple! When you're bumped by another avatar you drop some crayons onto the ground!
There are 3 different sets of crayons which you can switch between (except the Rainbow set, those are rare!).
Crayons were made by the awesome Andre Kestrel, thanks for letting me use them for my wacky fun!
The bumper has a few commands for your convenience:

/11 sound Toggles sound off or on.
Also: /11 sound on OR /11 sound off

/11 cr Toggles crayon rezzing off or on (handy if someone just will not stop bumping you).
Also: /11 cron OR /11 croff

/11 cr1 & /11 cr2 Switch between the two normal crayon sets.
