I do not now what the former bad review exactly means but I can promise you there are non scripts in it and when you select the wall itself and unlink the wall from the rest you will have a clean wall with 1LI only

THIS WALL IS A PRIM KILLER! DO NOT USE! IMPRACTICAL!
While this item might look great, don't be fooled. It is pumped FULL of useless prims that aren't easily detected. When I would select the wall itself it would register as only 3 prims, however after rezing the item and delinking it, I found it had a ton of invisible prims scripted and attached inside.
Using just six of these rock walls sucked up 500 prims, enough said. Poor product
