NOTICE: Some Jerkwad on an old Reddit post accused me of stealing these assets from Fallout. That's completely not true. Every single one of these assets are hand made by me from scratch in blender, down to the last detail. This build took me a long time. Yes it's inspired by Fallout but by no means are any of these assets stolen or copied. Thanks for reading my rant :)

-100% High Quality all original Mesh Construction. Made in Blender 2.77
-High Definition textures. Diffuse, Specular, Normal mapping. Materials enabled.
- Advanced lighting enabled. State of the art point lighting system for added realism. Full user control on/off.
-Copy and Modify permissions. Never worry about losing your build.
-Modular construction. Edit to your liking. Every piece of this building can be edited,moved,unlinked and deleted if desired.
-Low resource / No lag scripts for reliable performance.
-utilizes Rez2 system by CasperTech. Rez and move with ease. Rezzes twice as fast as competitors. Allows for easy configuration. Permit rezzing and access to everyone / group or just owner. Drop, rez, configure, finish, delete rez box and you're done. It's that simple.
-Building and lighting are separate entities. If you desire not to use the advanced lighting system, you can simply remove it to save on prim usage.
-Building prim count is 200. Advanced Lighting system prim count sits at 40 prims, for a total of 240 prims for the entire build.
