This is a texture applier that makes your Protogen Head (https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Visual-Magick-Protogen-Head-BETA/14462064) have a galaxy pattern on your visor, and also changes the ear piece and head border to black. It works fine with the HUD so you can still change the expressions and colors. Just click the applier after wearing it.
