It was 200L So I Gave it a try
This dress is a 200L price, and it had many reviews outlining an issue with the Legacy Body, but I decided to try it for myself, and I'm glad I did. Before you say the creator must have fixed it allow me to show you what I am talking about.

Just as told, gaps in seams and the faces don't line up well or so it appears. HOWEVER, as was pointed out by at least one other person, that often happens to some meshes when you rez it out in world. I threw my quickie texture on it anyway and took it back into inventory.

As you see, despite how it appears when rezzed out on the ground - everything lined up, no gaps, and all is good.
I tried it on my other bodies, but the body in question with issues per comments was specifically the Legacy. As you can see - the Legacy is actually fine when worn. Glad I decided to risk the 200 L on this one.
I've never had to contact this creator for an issue, so I can't speak to the reported service issues. That said, I do keep that in mind when I risk buying.
Not all mesh bodies are correct!
Sadly i did not read the reviews before i bought it. Many issues with this product. Legacy can't be used at all as HUD version as faces are totallty messed up. Also issues with different link sets in some mesh bodies then others. So overall a lot of work and Legacy cant be used... not worth it! Dont buy this is my advice.

I bought this dress March 12th, and the Legacy mesh still had the issue with the wrong faces/bow linked to bust piece. Came back today to see if it had been fixed and to get a redelivery before sending off a NC to the creator, but no such luck. I don't see any signs of a fix on the issue and it's not possible to get a redelivery. Is this because it's a limited item?
Anyway; I truly hope the Legacy mesh gets updated soon. Until then, this beauty will only collect dust in my inventory and I will miss out on sales.

July '21: 3 Months later and the mesh is still just sitting in my inv.
I was going to settle for having to supply my customers with a separate HUD for the Legacy mesh, but even that is not possible. The faces on the bust part is messed up. The bust is FACE 0, the ruffles FACE 1 and bow FACE 2. HOWEVER; when applying texture A on FACE 1, texture B on FACE 2 ALSO CHANGES. Making my Plan B completely useless.
I outlined the issue in detail in a NC and dropped it off on the person mentioned in owner's profile. Not a minute later the person brushed me off with "It's not by faces, but by parts.'. They obviously did not bother reading the NC. I replied to them immediately to point to my issues in the supplied NC, but that IM must have gone straight to their IGNORE folder, because I never heard anything again.
I have spent more than 18 000 L$ on Creative Scandal mesh, but it stops here. Their 'customer service' is an absolute joke and they don't care one bit about their customers.
Abysmal.
