RIPPED OFF
These people SUPPOSEDLY set things up so that if you want the actual full perm, you have to jump through hoops with filling out a form and such because they got ripped off. Well, I bought these shorts a few years ago I didn't have a store at that time, (when I purchased them I didn't realize I would not get full perm...yeah I didn't read it all the way through, my fault on that), so when I did open a store on the MP, (approx. 2 or 3 years later), I requested the full perm from them. Giving them all pertinent information. I even dug out the receipt for the proof of purchase! I have been waiting MONTHS, not one or two but a good 4 or more months for a response and I have been totally ignored. If you know what if good for you, stay away from their merchandise as they are no better than the ones they accused of stealing from them. I have been more than patient and there is no excuse for such SHODDY CUSTOMER SERVICE!
