Good decoration but you can't dress it (I couldn't)
It's a lovely pose. I like the overall look. She's short, or perhaps I should say human height which in SL means she's short. Seemed a little prim heavy but I'm not familiar enough with the ins and outs of mesh to know for sure. One surface, so you could texture it, but I don't know if you could dress it up or anything easily. For decoration of a clothing store though, it's a great price and looks very nice.
