Very cool!

I have not experienced the same issue as discussed below. I don't seem to click the hit box, and once I resized it I deleted the script to prevent that from happening.

I have enjoyed dashing up to people and scanning them, also appreciate that I can tint the scan color!

Good but...

...there's always a but.

First of all, I love the idea and concept, and it looks perfect.
Now the "but":
-Typing "scan" triggers the obnoxious Genus head animation (the "wasssap duuude") which really kills the fun. Not your fault, but worth pointing out.
-It's pretty heavy in complexity, considering the size and the fact that cyber avis are usually already high in complexity. Maybe this could be reduced by making the inside just a flat surface... is not like it's going to be seen anyways.
-The scan "aura" or effect, is clickable when not in use. This means, if your avi is just standing (or doing something else) there's a big invisible but clickable area wherever the scanner is pointing... any click around and you'll trigger the menu.

I'd love to give it 5 stars because it is nice looking and a sweet simple idea to give life to an avi.
I could ignore the annoying Genus gesture, but that coupled with the complexity and the constant menu pop-up made me just stash it in the "maybe" storage.

(my review is purely constructive criticism in the hopes it gets fixed, or it helps!
Being a bit biased by personal nitpicks, I still can't give less than 4 stars to this, as others might not be bothered by the same than me)

Thank you so much. I sort of modded it into a house arrest bracelet and left the scanning feature in. That way when someone has me house arrested I can still rp the scanning things! Thanks for making this! ~Swallow

This is a great RP device and a lot of fun. Hoping to see this get further developed. Either with a toggle for the scan or a timer option for scan. Would also be nice if it monitored something other then just general chat for the command. Whenever I use this everyone kind jumps and I get a ton of IM's wondering what I just did. Amazes me how something so small can still be a creative eye catch still.
