CSA-Office 1-Shipping Box Version 1.0

The CSA-Construction, Office Building #1, is a solid, roleplay ready building, suitable for use as a small office building, or as a small hotel or apartment building.

The construction of this product, has given rise to a new division of Caultard Safety Appliances... our construction division, which primarily builds buildings, facades, and backdrops for machinima movie sets.

In the course of our building, if we put together something with good roleplay or 'living' applications, we intend to make it available to the public via our marketplace store.

THIS particular building, was built for SUITEHEAT Productions, for a machinima project they've been working on. It came out so well, that we decided to make it available to the public, and use it as the foundation of our new mesh building product line.

Office Building #1, is a simple 3 story building, with 2 offices on each floor... 3 lobbies... and 3 hallways... all tied together by the best and most realistic elevator on the grid, the Gentek Condor.

At 92 Land Impact straight out of the rezz-box, set-up couldn't be easier. You can copy it, and if needed, you can edit the textures too!

Our enclosed notecard, ensures you have information at your fingertips to control access on your doors, and a link to some instructions for the elevator, if you need them.
