The Timelord Horns are texture scripted to change the base horns as well as the metal trimmings. It includes a touch-to-open timepiece, tiny potion vials, and an array of charms and chains dangling from the horns.
The Timelord Horns were designed and fitted for the Water Horse Mesh quad, but can be adjusted and fit to other quad and anthro avatars - even humans!
Prims are copy/Mod, scripting is copy/no mod.
