Lovely Lashes, Cannot Use Them

Whilst these eyelashes look lovely, the fact that they are non-transferrable makes them unusable. I have followed the instructions, even tried to use the Customization HUD, still nothing. Hopefully this issue is fixed soon, but I cannot condone use of these eyelashes when they are impossible to use in the first place.
