Thank you for you interest in the Captain's chess set. Operation of the board is easy.
1) Simply rez the board and touch it to rez the individual pieces.
2) Once the pieces are rezzed, the first player (to control the white pieces) should touch the board.
3) The player to control the black pieces should touch the board.
4) Each player touches their piece and then touches the selector for the spot they wish it to move to.
To reset the board (de-rez the pieces) the first player (or board owner) simply says 'reset board' on channel 1234.

I got this table...and immediately had issues with it. Black would capture Black. White would capture White. Illegal moves across the board. I contacted creator, only to have him be as puzzled as myself. Not that it did anything, or that he had any help or ideas. I tried resetting the board, and scripts. And it seemed to work. Until i tried to play it another time. To have the same issues happen mid-game.
So all in all...VERY VERY VERY disappointed and don't suggest buying this until the creator works out the kinks.
Absolutely love it.
the only problem is that after you capture the opposing king, the game doesn't auto end, not big deal though, just reset the board and start the next game.
Very easy to set up and very easy to play, looks great, functions great.
