Carolina Manor(206LI, 39x29)

Carolina Manor is a big house for a big family. It has high 5m walls a staircase infront and back and lots of rooms.
There are 2 rooms on the ground floor. The living and dining is separated by the stairs that leads to the upper floor. The kitchen and family area at the back is separated by 2 double doors and next to the kitchen is the door to the back patio while at the other end of the room is the second stairs that leads to the upper floor.
The upper floor has 5 rooms and an ensuite. There is also a huge usable attic with 2 dormers.
The house is 206land impact and 39x29. I have also included optional landscaping. I thought this house suits a knot garden and the landscaping is 90land impact and sits on a 50x50 base.
I have made 2 rezzer boxes, one for the house and one which includes the the house and landscaping.
