Carribean Blue Paradise Bungalow(42LI, 30x21)

The Carribean Blue Paradise Bungalow has a base area of 30x21 but the house itself is 30x13. It is an open style house with a separate bedroom and bathroom.

I wanted to do a simple but quirky single storey Island living house which is why I had added the lattice wallpaper and painted the house bright blue.

This house is modifiable so you could add to the floorplan or paint the house a different colour.
