*** When I was new to SL, I rent a 30x30 sky box with 50 prims for my furniture. I saw a beautiful cave I wanted to buy. But I could not buy it because it was too big (for a 4096 land) and it required over 170 prims to rezz it. Since then I determined to build better caves with low prims and smaller sizes so people who own small land can use these caves. What you have now is a better looking cave with VERY low LAG OF only 3 prims and it can fit in a small space of 20x20 (not64x64).
