What it does
Smart payments: tenants pay the box to start/extend time automatically.
Reservation mode: lock a unit to one avatar; others are auto-refunded.
Visual indicators: automatic color-coded status (Free / Reserved / Rented / Overdue).
Tenant tracking: shows who rented and how long remains (live countdown).
Prim allowance + usage: display the plan (e.g., 250 prims) and how many the tenant is currently using (e.g., Used: 137 prims of 250).
Flexible time units: rent by hours, days, or weeks—you choose the multiplier.
Clean dialogs: owner menus with clear, short explanations.
Safe defaults: resets to Free on script reset; settings persist.

How to use (super quick)
Rez the prim → Drop the script → Set Price, Time unit + amount, Prim allowance → Done.
Tenant pays the box; the system updates status and shows “Used: X prims of Y” automatically.
Important
Works for the owner of the object.
For auto-refunds during Reserved, grant DEBIT permission when asked.
Needs modify rights on the linked prims to apply indicator colors.
Doesn’t bypass land rules, parcel limits, or bans.
