This bonus room with entry was made for the Linden Home Winchester style of Traditional Home, but it can also be use as a stand alone "rumpus room" (very 50s) for other styles.
Structure is approximately 10 x 10 meters with a piece missing.
Please pick up the free footprint example if you have doubts about it fitting your lot.
All eight colors of siding are included in the pack.

The only baked textures are the door and white wood trims. Other textures are Linden home textures or tiling textures. You can of course tint or replace wall, ceiling and floor textures with your own tiling textures.

Nice concept but
this is a seperate room that juts out into the back "yard" would have liked it more connected to the house.. not what i was expecting but it is a good overall build.
