This is a bento! It requires a bento viewer to work.
To keep centaur horse bones, it uses Tail1, Spine1, Spine2, all HindLimbs and legs bones.

<How to change the speed>

3 m/s speed up/down each time you press the key; max speed: 13 m/s.
<How to change the texture>
+ WEAR 'Centaur Texture HUD' from your inventory. It will be attached to the Center of your screen.
+ When your centaur body is attaching to you, click the thumbnail you like. If the body is rezzed, the hud doesn't change the texture.
+ 'Reset Scripts' restores default settings.

the only body that works for this is maitreya.
no seriously. i tried legacy, belleza freya, kemono, hell, even the regalia--none of them worked. i'm assuming it's because of the bento hands?
i hoped it would have been fixed by now, but, nope. if the creator can offer some kind of workaround that would be great.
Great idea BUT
Does NOT work with Legacy bodies. There is something about the hands that screws up the left leg on the centuar body for the original and the type 2 bodies, so if you want to use legacy bodies, i suggest attempting type 3. It seems to be the only one that works with Legacy, but it's much chunkier than the original or the type 2. so if you're looking for a sleeker, lighter centuar body, you're out of luck.
A Wonderful Elongated Butt
This is such a good centaur body! Its small size is perfect for my small frame. My upper body flows so well into the centaur body (unavoidable seams aside), the centaur body really feels like a part of me. This is helped by the great animations of the lower body. I love watching it in motion.
Conveniently enough, my Bento tail works with this avatar. It's stretched out from its original attach point, going through the centaur body. I needed to adjust my shape a bit so it wouldn't clip through my back during certain animations, but that's no big deal. And it's neat to think that my spine was literally extended to accomodate a centaur body.
I do agree that the animations of the upper body are a little exaggerated. Thankfully, the animations of the upper and lower body are separate (the AO pairs them together), so with a little work, you can add your own animations and modify the AO's notecard so it uses your animations up top.
My only real issue is that you have to manually turn on the AO every time you log in.

Hands down to the best centaur animation in SL!
Bet Quinote seem to put a lots of love to animating this avatar, people saying they dislike the hands flailing around, hey, the AO is customizable, you just need to replace the top torso anims with your human AO of P3. Swimming! This is the first swim physic centaur in SL! I bought this because of the lower body (horse body) animations I can use with the Jinx Centaur, they work great together except for crouching, sitting, dancing and laying anims due to different size supports, for you modders out there. Highly recommend this!
