first off.. the hair is absolutely gorgeous, shiny with lots of texture.
second... i inadvertently bought the bom hairbase, i sent a nc and right after I sent it then realized this was my mistake not the owner's. She responded letting know I bought the wrong one. I explained that I really loved the hairbase and could she tell me where it was in the store. I met her there, and I saw the correct hairbase immediately. As i was thanking her, she sent me the correct hair base. This was a wonderful gesture on her part. When people as me about my hair ( and they do ) I tell them not only where I got it, but how great the CS is. Thank you so much for your kindness. I wish I could give more stars
