The Bat Aura (a full body halo) has been designed to compliment our Bat Swarm avatar - though you do not need to own one of our Bat Swarm avatar to use the Bat Aura.
The bats smooth animation is not just limited to their wings but also to their path. The prims are animated in a way to make the flight of the bats move over and down around your existing avatar and great for roleplay- be it human, vampire, demon, fae or something else.
Three optional attachments are also included. One is a particle effect which leaves bats behind you when you walk and also a teleport poofer to arrive at your destination in style! The third optional attachment is the faint sound of chittering bats.
The Bat Aura is as region friendly as possible using only 648KB of memory for the animations. A little more with the particle effects attached. The item attaches to the chest (can be attached elsewhere), it is copy/mod (NO transfer) and can be resized without any issues. However, do not unlink any of the prims as this will break it.
As with anything which you buy - please make a backup copy before you wear it.

This was the best buy for what i searched. The bats look real and you can optional add the sound or tp or particles to it. All your choice. Just perfect! And worth every linden.

It is a wonderful addition for the bat swarm if you change the avatar from the bat swarm back to normal avatar with bat aura from Challis.
The bat aura has an ARC (= "Avatar Rendering Complexity") of round about 18000.
My avatar has normally an ARC over 80000, often 200000 or more, so for me it is not too much.
18000 ARC is too much if Sims set an ARC limit of e. g. 50000 per avatar and you already reach it without such addons like bat aura. :)

While I am not a fan of the teleport particles, I like the bats flying around the avatar a lot. It's just what I was looking for for a Halloween outfit I am working on!
