(Challis) (DEMO) Animated Rattlesnake (BOXED) Version 1
The Rattlesnake lounges idly in wait. Blinking its snake eyes and flicking out its tongue to pass
the time until an unsuspecting avatar passes by to lunge at them.
Makes a good "greeter" or an ideal addition to any desert / arid region.
The snakes prims are as smoothly animated as second life will allow. It uses a detection prim
that will trigger the snakes lunge and bite animation when someone walks past. It also has a
script to detect anyone close by which triggers its rattle sound.
The snake comes in three pre-configured sound versions;
LOOP - the rattle sound loops while there are any avatars standing within a 10 meter range.
SHORT - the sound only plays for approximately 18 seconds.
SILENT - No sound at all.
The reason for this is to give you more options as to which sound setup is best for the snakes
use and positioning without the hassle of menus or script editing. Just rez and its ready
straight away.
You can also resize the snake if you wish it to be larger. Second Life allows up to 64 meter prims....

The collision detect prim can be moved to suit your needs.
*** Remember to make a backup copy before editing! ***
1) Rez the snake and view transparencies by pressing CTRL + ALT + T
2) Right click the snake and select "Edit" from the menu.
3) On the build window that pops up select "Edit Linked Parts"
4) Left click on the flat prim just in front of the snake which is highlighted in red. This is the
detection prim that avatars walk on to trigger the animation.
5) Move/edit the prim to wherever needed.

Caution: Do not unlink the prims and do not use shift/move to copy the snake. This will break it.
