This scepter is infused with two of Chaotica's abilities:

Meteor Storm - Summon's a massive Meteor shower to bestow Chaotica's Fury upon the target.
COMMAND: /8 meteor NAME
IE: /8 meteor zach

Fireball - Summons a fireball for the mage to throw at targets.
COMMAND: /8 fireball
