This latest Prefab House is 99% Mesh and is another detailed build. This house is very spacious considering it's actual footprint size! It's a two story home with Large Living Area, 4 bedrooms and eat-in kitchen. Front and Back Porch and includes many extras. The Dimension are 30 meters by 30 Meters and total land impact is 385. However this can be reduced if you remove many of the extra details that I threw in like the Fireplace, ceiling fan or awnings etc. They are linked separate so they can be easily removed without having to modify the rest of the house. - I personally do not like cramped homes that are not SL friendly with the viewing camera, meaning it's hard to get good views while inside a house because of the low ceilings or narrow areas. So I made sure to test this house out well as I built it with the default camera settings so that you get good views while inside and less camera collisions and such.
If you have basic building skills this house is super easy to edit and change to whatever suits you. Great for decorating! I think owners will be very pleased with the super detail and quality in this build and the extra bonus items included that allows a great more flexibility in how you layout and edit your new home. I think it makes for a great lake side or beach home in the country settings. The Fireplace and Lights (both porch & ceiling) can be turned off and on with a click, or set to auto come on with Sim Time. Feel free to add your own door scripts or edit these door scripts if you like but I've never found them to be any use in preventing anyone from getting past them since everyone can just click to teleport to locations.
I hope the price is fair as I've not built in a long time but I think this house compares to houses that sell for way over this price. I don't think you should have to be rich to be able to enjoy SL quality. So I hope the low price and top quality makes new owners of this home even more happy with their purchase!

Some Good points, Some not so good.
When it says "Mesh", what it's referring to is prims that have been made into meshes. On top of that, they did not reduce unnecessary topology on some of the objects that could have used it, such as supports for the window box on front. The windows on the roof make it appear as if there should be an attic, but there is none. The doors, as with the vast majority of houses on the SL market currently, are massive compared to realistic height. As a 6ft avatar, I feel like a child in the home.
On the other hand, the doors are high quality meshes, and the windows are able to be opened and closed. There are no textured-in light reflections on the floor (yes, that's a positive note, it looks bad to have those and have environmental lighting on alongside it.) Though, it seems the high-quality meshes were likely FP items gotten from elsewhere and included. *That's not a bad thing, just a thing I noticed*

There's a few texture glitches and seams where the prims line up but nothing that isn't able to be fixed. Great for the price and lots of room!

This is a FOUR bedroom. I am guessing the person who posted that it wasn't didnt check the door in the kitchen. Its absolutely gorgeous.
