Looks Great but needs some additions
The fence looks great and easy to assemble. However it could stand to either have the gate opening from left to right or left and in or out. I had to flip the gate portion 180 deg from top to bottom and it caused some hinge misalignment. and also a stand along post for corner posts so you can have the fences facing the same direction when you rotate them.
Great quality & low prim
I love how low prim, & detailed this fence kit looks. Fence 3 is my fave, as it's quite long and can cover a large area for just 1 prim/ 1 li. Prim count will increase significantly if you resize so better to just combine different pieces & link. I find it very easy to re-texture & it has good LOD. The animated fence, teegle gesture, and scripted gate are a huge plus. The creator was also very helpful in answering my questions before I bought the product. If anything, I wish there are fence versions that also have ends. But over-all, it's a great fence building kit and I highly recommend it. You can see it for yourself in-world too :)
