Chat Extender

Extends nearby chat within the parcel you are at by default, can be adjusted to extend to region-wide or for parcels of same owner

Extends only chat from avatars, other objects chats will not be extended

Chat will be extended if:
֍talker avatar within range with Chat Extender
֍listener avatar is out of chat range from Chat Extender
֍talker and listener avatars are out of each other's chat range
֍talker and listener within specified maximum range limit
(regular chat range is 20 meters, will work for avatars out of this range only)

Range within which this Chat Extender will work is easy to adjust by clickable Menu
(default is 4096m, minimum advised is 40m, maximum not limited in meters but limited to area you set)

Names in chat are passed as if you would chat in v1 chat mode, so you can click on name and it will open profile of talker

Includes language detection, when possible, the Chat Extender will add the talker's language identifier

You may use this Chat Extender as a HUD or as a land tool, up to you

When you decide to use this Chat Extender as a land tool and need few copies rezzed, make sure to leave some space between them, advised distance between copies is about 40 meters, but can be a bit lower, up to you.

Warning:
Any added contents into the object with my script will be removed!
Do not put the script from my chat extender into objects with no copy items inside, they will be purged!
*there is no magic to make scripted objects work always correct in scripts disabled lands
**this tool does not take chat from outside of it's chat range, it gives option for your chat to be seen outside of your chat range, and to get chat texts from outside of your chat range there should be extra copies rezzed around area from where you expect to see chat from, or other avatar to wear this tool as hud too
