Chat Recorder: Opt-In & Global (Boxed)

Why use a chat logger/recorder? I made this to use for auctioneering to prevent overlooking information in local chat when calling an auction. This gives the flexibility to review what was said.
The opt-in recorder is useful for small meetings where personal information is more likely to be shared. This gives every attendee the heads up that what they say is being recorded.
