By default, it will transmit chat parcel wide.
Click, then select Range Settings, and set to one of the desired range modes below:
1. Parcel Wide
2. On all parcels you on in this region (good for mainland)
3. Sim wide

doesn't work right
leaves multiple copies of chat in nearby chat if you happen to walk off parcel and back on and it doesn't do it just for you, it does it for everyone on the sim

This works awesome only 2 things I dont like is it adds up chat ext like if I walked by the box it adds me again it seems so then Im seeing stuff 2 - 5 times each person. Also, when sumbody is on the boarder of range like 20.5m from me I see normal chat and the chat ext.
