I really how its not big on land impact and it works well. However you can't copy it. So if you wanted to place this table on different parcels, you can't.

I so love this game unless the Bots Win, lol. good thing we can turn the bots off, this is an amazing game, can even auto play, you will not reqret buying this game

Seriously you'll have loads of fun playing this with family/friends.
My only suggestion is to update or make another with better textures.
This thing is an eyesore if you are like me and care about what your sim / home looks like.
I don't leave this out but would if it had better texture choices.
Hope somebody makes one. I would buy it again.
