Doesn't dispense... but also doesn't mention that it does...
I figured for the price, it would also dispense to anyone who clicked, being that it says it's for bento animations. I was a bit disappointed that it didn't dispense as that would be perfect for my needs. I hope the creator will reconsider this and add that feature in soon!
