This harness is great. Fits perfectly. easy to equip. So many options! But what really made my day was when I asked the creator about the ability to customize it even more, she immediately helped me make that happen. Great products are important, of course! But all the great products in the world won't make up for bad customer service. Cheval D'or has outstanding customer service, and that will ensure I am a repeat customer.

Earlier tonight when I initially purchased this harness I had some issues with it not working properly. I reached out to Kylie and in less then an hour the issues were resolved and a fixed harness was dropped into my hands.
I'm a Service Dog handler IRL and having a service dog at my side in SL has been something I have wanted for a long time. Its part of my RL I treasure. I would gladly do without the disabilities that require said dog, but my life would be much less livable without my four legged companion. Having those pawprints at my side has been missing here in SL. I logged out tonight with a huge smile, with my new Teeglepet Labrador in his brand new harness fitting beautifully in just the perfect shade of purple that match's the RL gear of my RL dog. Thank you Kylie for going above and beyond and for being so kind and generous tonight. Not only did you fix everything, you managed to make me smile ♥ I HIGHLY recommend Cheval D'or.
