The Industrial Loft Skybox is a practical, urbanized structure with open rafter ceiling and steel beams. The build uses materials enabled textures for ultra-realism and high visual impact. With a small footprint of approximately 18m x 18m x 7m and a land impact of 56, it is the perfect size for a small parcel with a conservative prim allotment. If you’re looking for a high-quality affordable skybox, this is the one to pick up this weekend.

Really great open space. I like the materials and the fact that there is no baked in lighting so you can use your own advanced lighting without conflict. The only reason this doesn't get a 5 star rating is that there is no door. Kind of a nitpick, I know, but I think it's weird to have a space in which there's no way in or out, even if it isn't functional.
