Chicken Family

Cannot say enough good things about these cluckers! Great Texture, great sculpts, great animation, great sounds, great versatile controls. The most all round realistic chickens I've seen in SL. My family LOVES them. They have brought my SL micro farm to life. The people who are complaining about the size have never been around some of the RL standard breed chickens, some of which can easily measure 30" or more in height. I used a standard prim to measure the rooster and he comes in at .83m or about 32" at the tip of his comb, which would be a prize winning Langshan, Brahmin, Cochin or Nugget. To the person who complained about them being as large as a German Shepherd which is about 25" at the withers, yes they literally are. So my suggestion to the creator is to perhaps offer a "bantam" version which is what most people are used to seeing in the modern world. But for myself, I just want to say thanks for bringing back some great childhood memories with these marvelous old fashioned birds. Also perhaps a version of the hen brooding , either static or with just head movement. I ended up freezing the movement of some and sitting them on nests, but it seems a waste of prims and scripts.

Yeah, they Rooster is huge and the hen is big, but that's ok. They are easier to see from a distance.

AS usual with this creator, the animations are very nice, the birds look very real. Always happy with their products.

I only rezzed the hen, and she was the size of a German Shepherd, so didn't rez the rest. Since they are no mod they can't be resized. Sorry but realistic sizing is important.

Great texture and walking animation but what a shame they aren't mod. I can only use the chick as the hen and rooster are so big that they look silly in a farmyard with other animals.
