Love your new Chinchilla avie but wish the tail would twitch? Wish no more!
This is a pivot ball for the chinchilla tail. Attach it to the tail and go! Instructions on how to position it included. Any issues with the modifications, feel free to drop me a NC or IM me if I am in world!

Works, but I wish it was mod and copy
It was kinda tricky to figure out how to use, but my chinchilla's tail twitches now! Just link it to the base of the tail in edit/build mode and you're good. This mod does in fact work and I recommend it, just be sure you get it right the first time, as the end result is no copy and no mod and can't be separated again.
Also, this was originally no permission, then when I came back to it, I saw that it now has Copy/Mod permissions on it, I decided to repurchase it. It turned out to still be no perm. I wish this was at least copyable because then you'd have a spare if you mess up on the placement of the pivot ball that makes the tail move (you can make it invisible though).
A little something that was never mentioned. This may be because I have a clickable tail hud, but the tail moves in response to being clicked as well as on it's own, so that's kinda neat.
