Chinese Lunar New Year Box

新年快乐！

A simple box of four Chinese Lunar New Year's decorations:

* A "新年快乐" (Happy New Year) banner.
* A "新年快乐" Rotating banner ring - touch it to start or top rotating.
* A "福" sign - traditional sign of auspice.
* A second "福" sign with the new year's animal, the ox (牛) on its background.

Each decoration is one prim and has full permissions so you can give or use however you want.
