Chuen Hop 「攢盒」(「全盒」), or as Wikipedia calls it Chinese candy box, is a traditional assorted candies/snacks box for Chinese New Year.
Traditionally Chinese (or Lunar) New Year is a time for gathering, visiting relatives and friends. Every family will prepare such a Chuen Hop so to serve visitors, letting them to have some sweets or snacks together with a cup of tea while chatting.
Contents inside the box varies from personal or family's flavour, but usually consist of watermelon seeds, sweetened lotus seeds and/or lotus root slices, chocolate gold coins, assorted sweets, candies, and/or nuts.

It's exactly as described. A nice little tin filled with treat foods. The lid opens and closes on click. It'll stay open until clicked again, so can be left like that to show the treats inside. (This is a decor item rather than a food giver.)
