Great Product and Even Better Customer Service!
I purchased these cakes, based on how yummy they looked, to put in our work place. After un-boxing them (there are two cakes and two slices) I discovered there was a problem with the cake slice giver in both cakes. I wrote to the designer, Denise Richards, to ask for assistance. She got back to me the same day, corrected the problem, and was very pleasant to deal with. These cakes look terrific, are low prim and, at this price, you can't go wrong. However, the superior customer service by given Ms. Rowlands definitely takes the cake! She also tells me this marketplace item has been corrected as well, so buy with confidence. 5 stars is a no brainer on this item!
