You can change the textures of the floor, walls, roofing and such, but then -- why buy it from me?
That having been said, you will note that I left some flooring patchy in the round towers. The reason is that these are to be round Persian carpets, not showing any floor whatever underneath them. They need to be fitted precisely.

You might want to modify the trees, change their position, add one or two -- you can copy them and modify them to your heart's content. The only limitation there is that you can't resell them -- but you can make dozens of these houses all over your property -- your rentals could become the Victorian Retirement Community of Second Life!
You can completely furnish this house for nothing, if you shop carefully in the marketplace, and that's the point of this building lesson, so my students, take heed! With a bit of experience, you can develop a flair for the dramatic, and furnish your way to prosperity!
