Received the wrong tree. Creator contacted me to explain and replace. Received correct tree.
Tree is still 10 meters tall. Not able to resize. This is more of an outdoor tree than an inside one.
The texture at the bottom is cut off a bit. I didn't notice it when looking at the picture, but it's there. It is far more noticeable once rezzed. Otherwise, this would have been a perfect tree.
