Chronos was the god of time for the ancient Greeks... not to be confused with Kronos the Titan who was the father of Zeus. He is basically responsible for the creation of the cosmos.
We named our first set of clocks after the old god of time.
Crafted with attention to all the details a precise instrument like this deserves, the Chronos 1 is a antique yet technologically advanced time apparatus.
The 6 digits nixie tube display shows the actual hours, the minutes and the seconds. By clicking the clock, you will get a simple menu to change and adjust the time displayed.
You have three options to choose automatically GMT (Greenwich Median Time) AoE (Anywhere On Earth - GMT + 12 basically the time at the day change line) and of course SLT (Second LIfe Time).
The two buttons with - and + are to adjust the clock by one hour up or down, to set the time to your preference (time zones, daylight saving times)
The clock was made taking care of Land Impact and LOD (Level of Detail) we managed to keep the LI down to 2 but it might change if the clock is to be resized (higher LI if the clock is bigger and lower LI if the clock is smaller)
The clock carries also SL materials (actual specular map) to access this graphic option, activate the Advanced Lighting Model under Preferences and Graphics in your viewer.
By placing a light source in the vicinity of the clock, the reflections will come to life with enhanced reflections.

Every home should have one
A wonderfully made item and adjustable to make it fit in that tight corner or open shelf. Nice attention to detail and low prim to boot, what is not to like?
Beautifully Made
A beautifully made Steampunk clock.
Great detail and textures. Scales very nicely with stretch, so it was easy to make smaller to put exactly where I wanted it. Easy/intuitive menu for setting it to the time you want it to display.
Very happy with it :)
