Initially I wrote the following review "The build and texture is attractive but unfortunately the permissions is not as described, the building is No Mod. I give it two stars due to the inconvenience. I have sent a note card to creator and awaiting a reply, today's date 11/06/2010. This review to be continued ..." I have received a modify allowed version along with a apology for the inconvenience in less than 24 hours.
