I happen to not only love whimsical fun things, but also vintage dresses. I am very fond of the era with the big puffy skirts, catseye glasses, and beautiful heels.

The dress is fitmesh, and also rigged. The fitmesh only works with recently updated viewers, so I urge you to try a demo beforehand if you're not sure if you have the latest viewer.
