Need a City Courthouse or Town Hall but only for looks? You need one but don't really need it to do anything? Here is a low-prim (23 prims!) City Courthouse and Town Hall for you to use. I made this for my sim but for looks because I didn't really need it to do anything or serve a purpose.

Need to have a meeting or make an announcement? Just step on the top steps and yell your heart out while others gather around.
