Best to at very least have available 467 Land Impact available space on land to open this.
You will need approximately 66.5x88 meters of land to make room for this.
NOTE: this comes in a rezzing box, it has instruction on how to use the box but I am including this instruction partially here as well.
"Once you are happy with where it is, you can click the rezzing box and hit "done", and the build will remain in place, it is safe then to take up your rezzing box." -- this is to make sure the scripts inside are removed so the build will stay where you put it.
This is classic Collinwood, not based on the movies, but inspired by the sets and the images from the original television show.
The lights are touch on and off - including the candles!
Sit on the piano bench and touch the keyboard to play. The window by the piano in the main room will open and is able to be gone through. Sit on any object that offers you a chair icon.

Amazingly Attentive to Detail!
I have seen this build in world and it's stunning! Every room has its own personality, and the house is wonderfully versatile! Yes, you WILL need a lot of space for this beauty! But it IS the culmination of my SL Dark Shadows dreams!

It feels like being on the set of the original dark shadows ,it is true to the show and a incredible build ,only complaint I have about the it ,is taht I cant live in it in rl lol

This is not a house for everyone - but it is definitely a GREAT house if you are a real Dark Shadows fan. This builder has paid great attention to detail in textures, etc. and the overall feel of the mansion, right out of the show!
I had some issues with the rez box, but they cam right to my rescue, offered assistance, and even gave me a new rez box. THAT kind of service is hard to find these days - so really, you can't go wrong! A really fun build!
