Prim heavy

This is a sculpt piece, though it is full perm and the pillows MAY be mesh the frame is made of sculpts and it's very prim heavy. Mesh was brought in to Optimize land usage and prim usage and just be more responsible when it came to prim counts. This does not follow that convention.
